30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: If you choose to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Discounted Products: Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for free returns. If you wish to return a discounted item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This is because the item was purchased at a special promotional price, and we appreciate your understanding.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- You received the wrong product

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
